Internal Job Board in Boca Raton is seeking a Part-Time Floor Leader to support the Store Management Team across all areas of the business. You will drive sales, coach the shop floor, and ensure an exceptional customer experience on the sales floor.

You'll lead a team of sales associates, deliver training, manage cash and opening/closing procedures, and help maintain a positive, energetic store environment focused on skincare and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service and sales.
• Experience with cash handling and opening/closing procedures.
• Supervisory experience involving coaching, feedback, and training.
• Problem-solving skills in day-to-day operations.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities

• Driving Sales: Use StoreForce dashboard results to coach the sales team, adjust shop floor structure, own results, and celebrate achievements.
• Customer Experience: Deliver world-class service on the shop floor, including product demonstrations and exceeding daily sales goals.
• Building the Brand: Educate customers on brand values and engage in community initiatives to drive traffic.
• Product Passion: Deepen product knowledge and make informed recommendations.
