Lush in Torrance, CA is seeking a Part-Time Floor Leader to support the Store Management Team across all areas of the business on the shop floor.

You will lead and coach a team of sales associates to hit and exceed goals, deliver a world-class customer experience, and uphold store standards.

Responsibilities include coaching using sales data, educating customers on Lush values, cash handling, opening/closing, visuals, and maintaining a clean, inviting store.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service and sales.
• Experience with cash handling and opening/closing procedures.
• Supervisory experience coaching, giving feedback and training.
• Knowledge and passion for skincare and ethical beauty.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and coach the sales team using store metrics.
• Deliver world-class customer experiences on the shop floor.
• Educate customers on Lush brand values and ethical policies.
• Expand product knowledge to make informed recommendations.
• Train and coach Sales Ambassadors on sales techniques.
• Foster DEIB and open team communication.
• Oversee cash handling, opening/closing, and deposits.
• Manage attendance, breaks, and shift readiness.
• Maintain clean, visually appealing displays and stock checks.
• Ensure store policies for safety and product integrity.
