Lush in Paramus is seeking a Part Time Floor Leader to support the Store Management Team across all areas of the business, including sales, opening/closing, and training sessions. Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service and sales.
• Cash handling and opening/closing procedures experience.
• Supervisory experience involving coaching, feedback, and training.

Responsibilities

• Driving Sales: coach sales team using StoreForce dashboard, adjust shop floor to meet goals.
• Customer Experience: deliver world-class service, lead product demonstrations, exceed daily sales goals.
• Building the Brand: educate customers on Lush values and ethical policies in-store and at events.
• Product Passion: deepen product knowledge and make informed recommendations.
