Lush Fresh Handmade Cosmetics North America is seeking a Floor Leader to support the Store Management Team on the shop floor, drive sales, train staff, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You’ll lead a team of sales associates to meet goals, coach on product knowledge, cash handling, opening/closing procedures, and maintain visuals and standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service and sales.
• Experience with cash handling and opening/closing procedures.
• Supervisory experience involving coaching, feedback, and training.
• Ability to solve day-to-day customer service issues in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Driving Sales: coach the sales team using StoreForce data and adjust floor structure to meet goals.
• Customer Experience: lead on-floor service, product demos, and daily customer satisfaction.
• Building the Brand: educate customers on Lush values and ethical practices.
• Product Passion: deepen product knowledge and make informed recommendations.
• Team Involvement: train and coach ambassadors, foster DEIB and collaboration.
