Lush Cosmetics North America is seeking a Part Time Floor Leader for Chandler Fashion Center in Chandler, AZ. You will lead a team of Sales Ambassadors on the shop floor, drive sales, and deliver an exceptional customer experience while collaborating with store management to ensure operational excellence.

You’ll coach staff, model the brand values, train colleagues, and help with cash handling, opening/closing, and merchandising. A flexible schedule is required, with a competitive hourly wage.

Qualificações

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service and sales.
• Experience supervising/coaching and training.
• Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Coach sales team using StoreForce results to meet/exceed goals.
• Deliver world-class customer experience on the shop floor.
• Educate customers on Lush values and ethical practices in store and events.
• Increase product knowledge and recommend solutions for needs.
• Train and coach ambassadors to improve performance and growth.
• Foster DEIB through open communication and collaboration.
• Manage cash handling and opening/closing duties.
• Monitor attendance and ensure shift readiness.
• Maintain clean, attractive visuals and merchandise.
• Train team on inventory and displays; ensure compliant operations.
