You will coach a team of Sales Ambassadors, lead by example on customer experience, and help maintain brand standards and ethical commitments on a daily basis.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service and sales.
• Cash handling and opening/closing procedures.
• Supervisory experience involving coaching, feedback, and training.
• Problem-solving issues related to customer service in day-to-day operations.
• A fast-paced team environment.

Responsabilités

• Drive sales and provide coaching to the sales team using StoreForce dashboard results.
• Lead on customer experience on the shop floor, including product demonstrations.
• Build the brand by educating customers on Lush values and ethical practices.
• Increase product knowledge and provide informed recommendations.
