Job summary

Lush Handmade Cosmetics in Little Rock is seeking a Part Time Floor Leader to support the Store Management Team on the shop floor, drive sales, open/close the store, and lead training sessions. You’ll coach a team of Sales Ambassadors to hit and exceed daily goals and ensure an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities include coaching, cash handling, maintaining visuals, and promoting Lush values such as ethical buying and 100% vegetarian products.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service and sales.
• Experience supervising/coaching and training staff.
• Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and deliver excellent customer experience on the shop floor.
• Lead and coach Sales Ambassadors; train peers on sales techniques and product knowledge.
• Manage cash handling, opening/closing procedures, and end-of-day deposits.
• Maintain visuals, stock accuracy, and inventory standards; ensure brand policies are followed.
