Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service and sales.
• Supervisory experience involving coaching, feedback and training.
• Ability to handle fast-paced team environment.
• Experience in cash handling and opening/closing procedures.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and coach the sales team using store data and dashboards.
• Lead world-class customer experiences on the shop floor, including product demonstrations.
• Educate customers on Lush brand values and ethical positioning in-store.
• Develop team skills and provide ongoing feedback to improve performance.
