LUSH is seeking a Part Time Floor Leader to support store management and drive sales on the shop floor in California. You will lead a team of sales associates, coach them to meet goals, and ensure an exceptional customer experience while upholding store standards and brand values.

As a Floor Leader, you will manage daily operations, support opening/closing tasks, and participate in training initiatives to promote skincare education and ethical practices.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service and sales.
• Experience with cash handling and opening/closing procedures.
• Supervisory experience including coaching, feedback, and training.
• Ability to solve day-to-day customer service issues.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
• Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Preferred: experience with consultation-based selling.
