Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Key Lead to act as Floor Supervisor, guiding Brand Reps and Stock Associates to ensure a quality in-store experience and drive daily sales. The role sits on the store leadership team, influencing operations, customer experience and team performance.

Schedule varies weekly with 12–16 hours, part-time. Availability on weekends and holidays is required; peak periods may require more hours to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Retail supervisory/management experience not required.
• Strong customer focus and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing routines.
• Operate POS and register systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel orders.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness while driving sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect store assets and perform inventory control.
• Represent the brand and exemplify company culture and values.
