Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Key Lead to ensure a quality in-store experience. As Floor Supervisor, you will coach Brand Reps and Stock Associates, guiding store operations to drive daily sales and customer satisfaction.

Schedule varies; expect 12-16 hours weekly, with Saturdays and Sundays and holidays required. During peak times, hours may increase to meet business needs while you lead by example on the sales floor.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/G.E.D. preferred or equivalent.
• 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Retail supervisory/management is not required; experience in leading groups is preferred.
• Maintain a strong customer focus.
• Demonstrate interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of current fashion trends.
• Energetic, outgoing, and assertive; take initiative.
• Adaptability and flexibility; multi-task while being detail-oriented.
• Proactive thinking and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
• Demonstrate Product Knowledge, Brand Awareness, while driving sales.
• Build and maintain Visual Displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect Store Assets & perform Inventory Control.
• Represent the Brand and Exemplify Company Culture and Values.
