Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Part-Time Key Lead for our Charlotte, NC location.

You will act as the Floor Supervisor, guiding Brand Reps and Stock Associates to ensure a quality in-store experience and meet daily sales goals. Responsibilities include opening/closing routines, operating POS systems, fulfilling omni-channel orders, maintaining visual displays, analyzing store reports, protecting assets, and representing the brand with energy and a strong work ethic.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/ GED preferred, or equivalent.
• 1 year of retail experience is preferred.
• Retail supervisory / management experience is not required; leadership experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
• Demonstrate Product Knowledge and Brand Awareness to drive sales.
• Build and maintain Visual Displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect Store Assets and perform Inventory Control.
• Represent the Brand and embody Company Culture and Values.
