DuraFleet Phoenix is hiring a driven, part-time Fleet Services Salesperson to join our growing team in Phoenix, AZ. This role offers a flexible schedule and real earning potential for a motivated salesperson.

You will prospect, conduct consultative sales conversations, and manage a pipeline of B2B fleet accounts in the Phoenix metro area, collaborating with the fleet services team to onboard and satisfy clients. Hours range 10–30 per week, with $10/hr plus commission.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently on a part-time schedule.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and basic sales reporting.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate new fleet services clients through outreach, networking, and referrals.
• Conduct consultative sales conversations to identify client fleet needs and recommend solutions.
• Manage and grow a pipeline of B2B fleet accounts in the Phoenix metro area.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, contacts, and sales activity in CRM software.
• Collaborate with the fleet services team to ensure smooth client onboarding and satisfaction.
• Meet or exceed part-time sales targets and performance benchmarks.
