This role involves financial governance and compliance for the vehicle fleet, including P&L ownership, budgeting, and fleet procurement strategies. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in fleet administration and a strong proficiency in financial modeling and Excel. Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in fleet administration or a finance-heavy role.
• Strong proficiency in Excel including complex formulas and pivot tables.
• Working knowledge of fleet leasing and DOT compliance.

Responsibilities

• Own fleet P&L and ensure accurate cost allocation.
• Partner with Finance on budget development and forecasting.
• Negotiate with OEMs and manage fleet procurement strategy.
