Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Welcome and exit members in a confident, professional, and friendly manner.
• Anticipate member needs, respond promptly and acknowledge all members.
• Provide telephone service, answer calls promptly and knowledgeably with complete information.
• Resolve customer concerns using strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Maintain club cleanliness for up to 50% of the shift.
• Process payments and give change and receipts.
• Promote products and special promotions to customers.
• Answer questions about business procedures and policies clearly.
