Qualifications

• 18 years old or older.
• A High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Six months face to face customer service experience in a retail environment required or 1-year Fitness experience preferred.
• Ability to talk and hear, stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Flexible rotating schedule and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and exit members in a confident, professional, and friendly manner.
• Answer phones, provide information, and resolve questions.
• Handle payments from customers and give change and receipts.
• Promote memberships and special promotions to drive revenue.
• Maintain cleanliness of the club during shifts.
