Job summary

Planet Fitness in Danbury, CT is seeking friendly Front Desk Associates to welcome members, handle inquiries, process payments, and promote current promotions. You will maintain a clean, safe club environment and deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced retail setting.

Ideal candidates are 18+, with a HS diploma or GED, and at least 6 months of face-to-face customer service experience or 1 year of fitness-related experience. Flexible weekday/weekend availability is a plus.

Qualifications

• 18 years old or older.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Six months face-to-face customer service experience in a retail environment or 1 year fitness experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist members in a confident, friendly manner.
• Provide courteous phone service and respond to inquiries.
• Handle payments, give change and receipts accurately.
• Promote products and current promotions to drive revenue.
• Maintain club cleanliness and a safe environment.
