Bass Pro Shops in Greenville, SC is seeking a part-time Sales Associate - Firearms to deliver outstanding customer service at the gun counter and floor. You will greet customers, assess needs, recommend products, and guide them through purchase and pickup options while maintaining safety and compliance.

Responsibilities include completing 4473 forms accurately, stocking merchandise, and staying knowledgeable about firearms and ammunition.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 0–2 years retail experience.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Knowledge of firearms and ammunition.
• Knowledge of ATF Federal and State Regulations.
• GCA familiarity or related compliance knowledge.
• Strong customer service and sales skills.

Responsabilités

• Supports a strong commitment to world class customer service and ensures a pleasant and productive shopping experience for all customers.
• Identifies and evaluates customers’ needs and makes product recommendations.
• Promotes programs including CLUB membership, VOC and IN Store Pick up.
• Ensures 4473 forms are completed thoroughly and accurately.
• Demonstrates products to customers and maintains firearm counter merchandise.
• Keeps work area clean, neat and well stocked with supplies.
• Follows all company policies and procedures.
