Bass Pro Shops in Dania, FL is seeking a part-time Firearms Sales Outfitter to deliver outstanding customer service at the gun counter. You will greet customers, assess needs, and help with product selection while ensuring compliance with firearms regulations.

You’ll maintain firearm and ammunition knowledge, assist with 4473 forms, and keep the floor neatly stocked and organized. This role supports seasonal promotions and daily store operations with a customer-first mindset.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of firearms and ammunition required.
• Understanding of ATF and state regulations governing firearms sales.
• Customer service and sales experience desirable.
• GCA familiarity helpful.
• Ability to merchandise and stock merchandise.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and recommend products.
• Ensure 4473 forms are completed accurately.
• Demonstrate products to customers as needed.
• Organize and maintain firearm counter merchandise.
• Replenish shelves per merchandising guidelines.
• Remain knowledgeable about advertised sales and pricing.
• Assist with seasonal floor merchandise moves.
• Maintain a clean, well-stocked work area.
• Follow company policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
