Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent or better.
• 0-2 years retail experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older and able to work in a firearms environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assess needs to recommend firearms and hunting merchandise.
• Demonstrate products and explain features and safety to customers.
• Maintain counter and floor merchandise, pricing and signage.
• Process sales and upsell programs like CLUB memberships and in-store pickup.
• Follow all policies, procedures and safety guidelines; keep work area clean and organized.
