Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking a part-time Firearms Sales Associate to support counter sales and customer service for firearms and hunting merchandise at the Springfield, Oregon store. You will greet customers, demonstrate products, and guide buying decisions while maintaining compliance with 4473 forms and safety regulations.

The role requires 0–2 years in retail, a High School diploma or equivalent, and being at least 21 years old.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of retail experience.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and identify their needs to recommend products.
• Maintain gun counter and merchandise, price signs and inventories.
• Explain firearm and ammunition knowledge and safety rules.
• Follow policy: 4473 forms and ATF regulations.
• Participate in in-store promotions and membership programs.
