Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking a Sales Outfitter - Firearms to maintain counter sales and customer service for firearms and hunting merchandise. You will greet customers, assess needs, and help with product recommendations.

The role requires knowledge of firearms, ammunition, and ATF regulations, plus strong customer service and sales skills. Part-time benefits include dental, vision, 401k, holidays, and more.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 0–2 years of experience in Retail is preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Knowledge of firearms and ammunition products.
• Knowledge of ATF federal and state regulations is expected.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and determine their needs to drive sales.
• Provide information on firearms and ammunition and assist with product selection.
• Promote programs including CLUB membership, VOC and in-store pickup.
• Keep gun counter organized and ensure pricing and signage are accurate.
• Assist with restocking and merchandising per guidelines.
