Responsibilities

• Assist customers with firearm and hunting merchandise at the counter and on the floor.
• Identify customer needs and make product recommendations.
• Promote programs (e.g., CLUB membership, VOC, in-store pickup) and ensure 4473 forms are completed correctly.
• Maintain merchandise presentation and pricing per guidelines; keep work area clean and stocked.
• Stay knowledgeable on products and promotions; support seasonal floor merchandise moves.
• Provide excellent customer service and a legendary in-store experience.
