Job summary

The Bancorp Bank is seeking a part-time Fintech Operations Analyst to provide operational support for client programs, with a focus on regulatory compliance and process adherence. The role reports to the VP Network Operations Manager and requires at least 20 hours per week.

You will monitor compliance, process ACH and payments, collaborate across departments, and maintain strong client relationships while upholding NACHA and federal requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a collaborative, multi-tasking team environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
• Ability to learn and work across the multiple systems used to support client programs.
• Demonstrates motivation, accountability, and resilience in pursuing goals, delivering high-quality results.
• Demonstrates the ability and willingness to learn and use approved artificial intelligence tools to improve productivity, while keeping compliant with policy.

Responsibilities

• Compliance Monitoring and Risk Reporting: monitor reports for breaches and potential fraud; prepare Unusual Activity Reports.
• Automated Clearing House (ACH) Processing and Regulatory Compliance: process ACH-related items in line with NACHA rules.
• Payment and Account Transaction Support: handle government payments and client requests for checks; manage closures.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration and Program Support: partner with internal departments to support reviews and remediation.
• Client Relationship Management: cultivate relationships and support assigned projects.
