Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
• 1 year of relevant experience.
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a collaborative, multi-tasking team environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook.
• Ability to learn and quickly navigate 12 or more systems.
• Demonstrates motivation, accountability and resilience in pursuing goals and delivering high-quality results.
• Demonstrates the ability and willingness to learn and use approved artificial intelligence tools to improve productivity, decision-making and work quality, while keeping use compliant with company policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support for client programs and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Monitor compliance reports and prepare Unusual Activity Reports as needed.
• Process ACH transactions and ensure timely, compliant processing under NACHA rules.
• Handle government-related payments and client/cardholder requests for checks and account closures.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support account review, remediation and program execution.
• Maintain positive client relationships and support project needs.
