Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to learn and navigate multiple client program systems.

Responsibilities

• Compliance Monitoring and Risk Reporting: monitor reports for breaches or fraud and prepare Unusual Activity Reports.
• ACH Processing and Regulatory Compliance: review ACH inquiries and ensure NACHA rule adherence.
• Payment and Account Transaction Support: process government payments and handle check requests.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: support account reviews, closures, and remediation with other departments.
• Client Relationship Management: maintain relationships and respond to client inquiries.
