Job summary

The Bancorp is seeking a Fintech Operations Analyst to support client programs on a part-time basis, averaging at least 20 hours per week in Sioux Falls, SD. You will handle cross-functional processes, maintain regulatory compliance, and help ensure accurate ACH processing and payments in line with NACHA rules.

The role emphasizes operational rigor, risk monitoring, and proactive collaboration with program operations managers to sustain smooth fintech operations and strong client service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Associate or bachelor's degree in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience preferred.
• Ability to take feedback and seek direction quickly.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a collaborative, multi-tasking team environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
• Ability to learn and work across the multiple systems used to support client programs.
• Demonstrates strong motivation, accountability, and resilience in pursuing goals, delivering high-quality results, and continuously improving performance.

Responsibilities

• Monitors compliance reports and detects parameter breaches or fraudulent activity.
• Prepares Unusual Activity Reports for the Financial Crimes Risk Management team.
• Reviews ACH processing and ensures regulatory compliance under NACHA rules.
• Processes government-related payments in accordance with regulations and internal policies.
• Handles client and cardholder requests for checks, debits, and account closures.
• Collaborates with internal departments to support account reviews, restrictions, and remediation.
• Builds relationships with program operations managers to address client issues and support problem-solving.
• Performs daily, weekly, and monthly tasks to ensure smooth program execution.
• Cultivates and maintains positive relationships with key clients and supports assigned projects.
