Job summary

The Bancorp Bank is seeking a Fintech Operations Analyst to provide part-time operational support for client programs. You will help with compliance monitoring, ACH processing, and handling government payments, while collaborating across departments to ensure timely, accurate processing and responsive client service.

The role reports to the VP Network Operations Manager and requires a minimum of 20 hours per week. A related degree and strong Excel/Office skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience preferred.
• Ability to take feedback and seek direction quickly.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a collaborative, multi-tasking team environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
• Ability to learn and work across the multiple systems used to support client programs.
• Demonstrates strong motivation, accountability, and resilience in pursuing goals, delivering high-quality results, and continuously improving performance.
• Demonstrates the ability and willingness to learn and use approved artificial intelligence tools to improve productivity, decision-making, and work quality, while keeping use compliant with Bank policies.

Responsibilities

• Compliance Monitoring and Risk Reporting: monitor reports for breaches, regulatory violations, or fraud; prepare Unusual Activity Reports.
• ACH Processing and Regulatory Compliance: resolve ACH inquiries and ensure accurate processing per NACHA rules.
• Payment and Account Transaction Support: process government payments and handle checks, including stop payments and replacements.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration and Program Support: collaborate with internal teams to support reviews, restrictions, closures, and remediation.
• Client Relationship Management: maintain relationships with key clients and support projects.
• Assist with daily, weekly, and monthly tasks to ensure program execution.
