Job summary

Valet Living is hiring part-time Apartment Grounds & Sanitation Porters (Field Services Technicians) to keep apartment communities clean, safe, and running smoothly. You'll work independently, stay active, and see the results of your work daily.

This role is ideal as a second job or a consistent daytime schedule near home. Pay rate is $22 per hour, with Sunday-Thursday or Wednesday-Sunday shifts starting around 6:00 AM, totaling 10–15+ hours per week.

Qualifications

• Must own a pickup truck with open-bed or a vehicle + trailer.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• Able to work outdoors and lift up to 50 lbs.
• 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Smartphone with data plan for app use.

Responsibilities

• Maintain dumpster areas and common spaces so communities stay clean and welcoming.
• Compact and organize trash with company-provided equipment.
• Handle recycling and compost materials according to procedures.
• Remove debris, sweep areas, and complete general porter services.
• Remove pet waste from designated areas using provided supplies.
• Empty common-area trash receptacles and replace liners as needed.
• Use our mobile app to track work, complete tasks, and confirm service.
• Stay active by walking properties, climbing stairs, and working outdoors.
