Valet Living is seeking part-time Apartment Grounds & Sanitation Porters (Field Services Technicians) to keep apartment communities clean, safe, and running smoothly. Youll work independently, stay active, and see the results of your work every day.

This role offers a consistent daytime schedule near home with a pay rate of $22.00 per hour, typically 10-15+ hours per week. Its ideal as a second job, with DailyPay available to access earnings quickly.

Qualifications

• Must own either (1) an open-bed pickup or (2) a vehicle with a trailer for the job.

Responsibilities

• Maintain dumpster areas, enclosures, and common spaces to keep communities clean and welcoming.
• Compact and organize trash using provided equipment.
• Handle recycling and compost per procedures.
• Remove debris, sweep, and perform general porter duties.
• Remove pet waste in designated areas using supplied tools.
• Empty common-area trash and replace liners as needed.
• Use the mobile app to track work, complete tasks, and confirm service.
• Walk properties, climb stairs, and work outdoors.
