Job summary

Valet Living is seeking part-time Apartment Grounds & Sanitation Porters (Field Services Technicians) to keep apartment communities clean, safe, and running smoothly. You’ll work independently, stay active, and see daily results of your work.

This role offers a consistent daytime schedule near home with pay at $22 per hour. You must own a qualifying vehicle (open-bed pickup or trailer) and have reliable transportation, be 18+, and authorized to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Must own a vehicle with an open bed or trailer to perform duties.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance for the vehicle used.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. (proof required).
• Must be 18 years or older and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Maintain dumpster areas, trash enclosures, and common spaces to keep communities clean and welcoming.
• Compact and organize trash using company-provided equipment.
• Handle recycling and compost materials according to procedures.
