Valet Living is hiring part-time Apartment Grounds & Sanitation Porters (Field Services Technicians) to keep apartment communities clean, safe, and running smoothly. You’ll work independently, stay active, and see the results of your work every day.

This role offers a daytime schedule near home, with a pay rate of $19 per hour and daily pay options. It’s ideal as a second job or reliable local employment for a steady routine.

Qualifications

• Must own a vehicle for the job and be able to tow a trailer if required.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Auto insurance for the vehicle used.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Smartphone with data plan to use our work app.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. (proof required).

Responsibilities

• Maintain dumpster areas, trash enclosures, and common spaces.
• Compact and organize trash using company-provided equipment.
• Handle recycling and compost materials according to procedures.
• Remove debris, sweep areas, and perform general porter services.
• Remove pet waste from designated areas using provided supplies.
• Empty common-area trash receptacles and replace liners as needed.
• Use our mobile app to track work, complete tasks, and confirm service.
• Stay active by walking properties, climbing stairs, and working outdoors.
