Valet Living is hiring part-time Apartment Grounds & Sanitation Porters (Field Services Technicians) to keep apartment communities clean, safe, and running smoothly. You’ll work independently, stay active, and see the results of your work daily.

This role is ideal for a second job or a consistent daytime schedule close to home, with a typical Sunday-Thursday or Wednesday-Sunday layout starting around 6:00 AM, for 10–15+ hours per week.

Qualifications

• Must own a vehicle with an open-bed pickup or a vehicle paired with an open utility trailer
• Valid driver's license required
• Auto insurance for the vehicle used
• You must be 18 years or older
• Smartphone with data plan to use our work app
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to work independently and follow a consistent routine

Responsibilities

• Maintain dumpster areas, trash enclosures, and common spaces so communities stay clean and welcoming
• Compact and organize trash using company-provided equipment
• Handle recycling and compost materials according to procedures
• Remove debris, sweep areas, and complete general porter services
• Remove pet waste from designated areas using provided supplies
• Empty common-area trash receptacles and replace liners as needed
• Use our mobile app to track work, complete tasks, and confirm service
• Stay active by walking properties, climbing stairs, and working outdoors
