Qualifications

• Own open-bed pickup or vehicle with a trailer for job use.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance for the vehicle used.
• 18 years or older to work in the U.S.
• Smartphone with data plan to use our work app.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. and able to work independently.
• Ability to follow a consistent daily routine.

Responsibilities

• Maintain dumpster areas, trash enclosures, and common spaces.
• Compact and organize trash using company equipment.
• Handle recycling and compost according to procedures.
• Remove debris, sweep areas, and provide porter services.
• Remove pet waste from designated areas with supplied tools.
• Empty common-area trash and replace liners as needed.
• Use our mobile app to track work and confirm service.
• Stay active by walking properties, climbing stairs, outdoors.
