Valet Living is hiring part-time Apartment Grounds & Sanitation Porters (Field Services Technicians) to help keep apartment communities clean, safe, and running smoothly. You’ll work independently, stay active, and see the results of your work every day.

This role is ideal if you’re seeking part-time work or a consistent daytime schedule close to home, with a typical daytime shift and a flexible weekly total of 10–15+ hours. DailyPay is available for faster access to earnings.

Qualifications

• Must own an open-bed pickup truck or a vehicle with a trailer used for the job.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Auto insurance for the vehicle used required.
• You must be 18 years or older.
• Smartphone with data plan to use our work app.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. (proof required).
• Ability to work independently and follow a consistent routine.

Responsibilities

• Maintain dumpster areas, trash enclosures, and common spaces so communities stay clean and welcoming.
• Compact and organize trash using company-provided equipment.
• Handle recycling and compost materials according to procedures.
• Remove debris, sweep areas, and complete general porter services.
• Remove pet waste from designated areas using provided supplies.
• Empty common-area trash receptacles and replace liners as needed.
• Use our mobile app to track work, complete tasks, and confirm service.
• Stay active by walking properties, climbing stairs, and working outdoors.
