Job summary

Valet Living is hiring part-time Apartment Grounds & Sanitation Porters (Field Services Technicians) to keep apartment communities clean, safe, and running smoothly. You’ll work independently, stay active, and see the results of your work every day.

Pay rate is $20 per hour with a daytime schedule and 10–15+ hours per week near you. You’ll use your own reliable vehicle or trailer, and DailyPay is available.

Qualifications

• Own an open-bed pickup truck or a vehicle with a trailer
• Valid driver’s license
• Auto insurance for the vehicle used
• 18 years or older
• Smartphone with data plan for work app
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Maintain dumpster areas and common spaces at apartment communities
• Compact and organize trash using provided equipment
• Handle recycling and compost according to procedures
• Remove debris and perform porter services
• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
• Use the mobile app to track work and confirm service
• Walk properties, climb stairs, and work outdoors
