Responsibilities

• Observe teacher candidates and monitor their performance by evaluating and providing constructive feedback to improve their effectiveness as developing educators.
• Conduct formal observations (minimum 45 minutes) and informal observations during clinical teaching/internship.
• Maintain documentation of observations and feedback; coordinate with mentor teachers and administrators.
• Travel within a 100-mile radius for supervision and submit required mileage paperwork.
