Qualifications

• Valid certification in the class supervised.
• Hired by the educator preparation program (EPP).
• Must complete WTAMU HR paperwork.
• Three years of creditable experience in the supervised class.
• Participates in TEA-approved T-TESS Field Supervisor Observation training.

Responsibilities

• Observe teacher candidates and monitor performance with feedback.
• Conduct formal and informal observations with time credits.
• Coordinate with mentor(s) and administrators.
• Maintain documentation of observations and coaching feedback.
