Job summary

Teachers of Tomorrow seeks experienced educational leaders to serve as Texas Field Supervisors. In this remote, contract-based role, you will coach teacher interns, provide observation feedback, and guide them through certification requirements, collaborating with campus administrators and our staff to ensure timely progress.

You will conduct formal and informal observations, deliver actionable feedback, and help interns navigate state requirements.

Qualifications

• Valid Texas Educator Certification is required.
• At least 15 years of educational experience.
• At least 5 years of campus or district leadership experience preferred.
• Strong instructional leadership and coaching background.
• Proficiency with online portals and virtual communication tools.

Responsibilities

• Conduct observations and provide growth-oriented feedback.
• Support interns with coaching conversations and guidance.
• Submit documentation and ensure compliance within portals.
• Coordinate with campus administrators and staff.
• Participate in meetings, trainings, and professional development.
