Job summary

Gr8ttek is looking for a part-time Field Specialist to join its Infrastructure Delivery team. Reporting to the Territory Supervisor the Field Specialist will perform a variety of hardware-focused, break fix services and solutions on various client products.

Candidates must possess the ability to perform basic and moderately complex troubleshooting and repair activities. Benefits include Dell/Lenovo certification training at no cost and a pay structure of $40 per call with $5 per call per diem.

Qualifications

• Typically requires technical school certification or equivalent.
• Ability to drive to client locations and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Own a basic repair toolkit and have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer break fix support for designated equipment.
• Communicate clearly in written and verbal form.
• Accept and deliver all service calls assigned.
• Complete all administrative tasks associated with each call.
• Control and return assets and inventory as needed.
• May provide functional guidance to colleagues.
