Gr8ttek is seeking a regular Field Specialist to join its Infrastructure Delivery team in Illinois. You will perform hardware-focused break-fix services on client products and manage service calls from start to finish, reporting to the Territory Supervisor.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of relevant experience, owns a basic repair toolkit, and can lift up to 50 lbs. Dell/Lenovo paid certification training is provided, with a $40 per call base and $5 per diem potential.

• Providing customer break fix support for designated equipment.
