Job summary

Gr8ttek is seeking a part-time Field Specialist to join its Infrastructure Delivery team in the United States. The role reports to the Territory Supervisor and involves hardware-focused break-fix work on client products, with a focus on troubleshooting and adhering to established guidelines.

Qualifications

• Technical schooling or equivalent certification required.
• 1–2 years of relevant field service experience.
• Ability to lift and move equipment up to 50 lbs and drive to client sites.

Responsibilities

• Provide hardware break-fix support for designated equipment.
• Communicate clearly in writing and verbally.
• Deliver excellent customer service and complete service calls.
• Accept and deliver all service calls assigned and finish admin tasks.
• Control and return of assets and inventory; other duties may be assigned.
