Job summary

Medline is seeking a Field Services Representative to support the ReNewal division in the McDonough, GA area. The role involves device preparation, coordination, shipment, and routine facility rounds to support workflow, with opportunities to educate customer staff on best practices.

Ideal candidates will have a HS diploma, a valid driver's license for travel to locations, and at least one year in healthcare, customer service, sales, or field-based work.

• Monitor activity and communicate issues, opportunities, or improvements to leadership.
• Participate in in-services, training sessions, and feedback-gathering activities.
• Assist with basic reporting, data collection, and use of internal systems as directed.
• Work assigned schedules, including extended or on-call hours when business needs require.

Job Summary

Our Medline ReNewal Division is hiring for a Field Services Representative (25 hours/week) in the Mcdonough, GA area! Medline ReNewal gets used medical devices and reprocesses them resulting in less waste in landfills and savings to facilities that buy reprocessed devices at a fraction of the original cost.

Major Responsibilities

Minimum Job Requirements

• Education: HS Diploma or equivalent


• Certification / Licensure: Valid driver's license with ability to travel to assigned locations. Ability to obtain and maintain required facility credentials.


• Work Experience: At least one year of experience in a healthcare, customer service, sales, or field-based role.


• Knowledge / Skills / Abilities: Ability to lift up to 30 pounds. Ability to travel frequently, including occasional overnight travel. Flexibility to work non-standard hours as needed.

The anticipated salary range for this position: $19.75 - $28.75 Hourly. The actual salary will vary based on applicant's location, education, experience, skills, and abilities.

Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
