Job summary

NCR Atleos in Minneapolis, MN is seeking a Part-Time Field Service Technician II to provide frontline onsite support for deployed equipment. This hourly, non-exempt role offers flexible hours up to 19 per week, hands-on maintenance, installations, and basic IT/networking support in a dynamic field service environment.

As a local candidate, you’ll troubleshoot, perform preventive maintenance, record work details, and escalate complex issues while adhering to safety and company procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Local candidate to Minneapolis area.
• Authorized to work in the US.
• 1+ years in field service or related roles.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record and ability to travel.
• Ability to follow safety requirements and documented work instructions.
• Ability to track time worked in an hourly environment.
• Background checks and required trainings may apply.

Responsibilities

• Perform onsite first-line troubleshooting and basic preventive maintenance.
• Assist installation, setup, removal, and commissioning of equipment at customer sites.
• Conduct scheduled preventive maintenance and inspections.
• Deliver and manage spare or defective parts with proper documentation.
• Accurately record time worked and service outcomes in service tools.
• Follow documented procedures and safety guidelines; escalate complex issues.
