This hourly, non-exempt role offers flexible scheduling, paid training, a chance to work hands-on with hardware and software, and opportunities to contribute to service quality while tracking time and following safety procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Authorized to work in the US.
• Must be 19+ years old and able to travel to field sites.
• 1+ year of field service, tech support, or maintenance experience.
• Basic working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, or IT systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform onsite first-line troubleshooting and basic maintenance.
• Assist with installations, setup, and commissioning of equipment.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and basic adjustments.
• Replace spare parts and document usage.
• Record time worked and service outcomes in ticketing systems.
• Follow safety guidelines and documented procedures.
• Escalate complex issues to higher-level support.
