Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Authorized to work in the US.
• 1+ years of field service or related experience.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to field sites.
• Ability to follow written procedures and track time accurately.
• Background checks and required certifications as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Perform onsite first-line troubleshooting and basic maintenance.
• Install, configure, and upgrade equipment and systems at sites.
• Support preventive maintenance, installations, software and hardware upgrades.
• Record time worked and service outcomes in designated tools.
• Follow safety guidelines and site requirements; escalate issues as needed.
• Provide parts handling, commissioning support, and coordination with teams.
