Job summary

NCR Atleos in St Louis, MO is seeking a Part-Time Field Service Technician to deliver frontline on-site support and keep critical equipment running. This hourly, non-exempt role offers flexible hours, paid training, and hands-on experience in the field.

You’ll perform first- and second-line maintenance, software and hardware upgrades, installations, and preventive maintenance while documenting work and time.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Local candidate to St Louis, MO area.
• Authorized to work in the US and 19+ years old.
• 1+ years in field service, technical support or maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Perform onsite first-line troubleshooting and basic maintenance.
• Execute simple corrective actions like system resets and checks.
• Support installation, setup and commissioning of equipment.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and inspections.
• Record time worked and service outcomes in tools.
• Follow documented procedures and safety guidelines.
• Escalate complex issues to higher-level support.
• Provide basic status updates and service coordination.
