NCR Atleos is seeking a Part-Time Field Service Technician II in Minneapolis, MN. You will deliver frontline field support to ensure reliable operation of deployed equipment, performing maintenance, upgrades, and basic networking tasks on a flexible schedule.

The role offers up to 19 hours per week with shifts including evenings and weekends, paid training, and hands-on field experience. This position is designed for flexible, active individuals seeking meaningful work without full-time hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Local candidate to specific geographic area.
• Authorized to work in the US.
• At least 19 years of age.
• 1+ years in field service, technical support, or maintenance.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, or IT systems.
• Able to follow written procedures, safety requirements, and work instructions.
• Able to track and report time in hourly environment.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record and ability to travel to field sites.
• Able to complete background checks, safety training, and required certifications.

Responsibilities

• Perform onsite first‑line troubleshooting and basic corrective maintenance.
• Execute simple corrective actions like system resets and configuration checks.
• Support installation, setup, removal, and commissioning of equipment at sites.
• Conduct scheduled preventive maintenance activities and inspections.
• Deliver, replace, and document spare or defective parts.
• Record time worked, tasks completed, and service outcomes in service tools.
• Follow documented service procedures and site safety guidelines.
• Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support as directed.
• Provide basic status updates and participate in service coordination.
