Job summary

NCR Atleos is hiring a Part-Time Field Service Technician II to deliver frontline field support for deployed equipment and systems. The role is hourly, non-exempt, with a flexible schedule up to 19 hours per week, and requires driving to customer sites in the Kansas City region.

Qualifications

• Basic qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of field service, technical support, or maintenance experience.
• Ability to follow written procedures, safety requirements, and work instructions.
• Ability to track and report time worked in an hourly environment.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record and ability to travel to field sites.

Responsibilities

• Perform onsite first-line troubleshooting and basic corrective maintenance.
• Execute simple corrective actions such as system resets and configuration checks.
• Support installation, setup, removal, and commissioning of equipment at sites.
• Conduct preventive maintenance activities including inspections, cleaning, and adjustments.
• Record time worked, tasks completed, and service outcomes in designated systems.
• Follow service procedures and safety guidelines; escalate complex issues as needed.
