NCR Atleos is seeking a Part-Time Field Service Technician II to provide frontline field support for deployed equipment and systems in the Chicago area. The role offers flexible, non-exempt hours with paid training and hands-on field experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Local candidate to Chicago area.
• Authorized to work in the US.
• At least 19 years of age.
• 1+ years of field service or technical support experience.
• Ability to travel to field sites.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform onsite first-line troubleshooting and basic corrective maintenance for equipment and systems.
• Assist installation, setup, removal, and commissioning of equipment at customer sites.
• Conduct preventive maintenance activities, inspections, cleaning, and basic adjustments.
• Accurately record time worked, tasks completed, and service outcomes in designated service management tools.
• Follow documented service procedures, safety guidelines, and site-specific requirements.
• Escalate unresolved or complex issues to higher-level technical support teams.
